The Federal Case against Bernie Madoff is final. He has just been sentenced to 150 years in prison.
Is this a suitable penalty?

He destroyed the lives of thousands of people who trusted him.

To prosecute him, costs millions. It isn't over yet. Appeals
will undoubtly come and this whole thing will drag on for years.

It would be proper to send him to a federal prison housing other
hard core criminals. Not to a white crime facility.

Put him in a cell with a cell mate that is crazy.
He should live with a 24 hour fear.

Wake up America

The media is reporting that the Obama Honeymoon is over. Is it? Could it possibly be that America is waking up? I only hope that we have not overslept. That our elected leaders have not overslept. We have to keep up the pressure and not slack off. It is still time to undo what has been done. We have to be diligent. We have to keep informed. We have to not be shy about expressing our thoughts and views. The future of America is counting on its people.

Wake up America. Within the past few days, the Gov of South Carolina has admitted to an extra marital affair. He says his mistress is a very dear old friend from Argentina and according to the Gov, it just happened. As a result of his immorality, his wife and 4 sons have to endure shame and disgrace. This is one of the problems of America. We have become an immoral nation. Conscience and commitment have vanished. It has become a Me-Me-Me situation. Wake up America ! It is time to return to morality. Return to commitment. Take a long look at our leadership, identify those that have abandoned morality. Use the only power you have, remove them from their leadership positions. Vote them out! We as a nation dont have to take this kind of abuse.

Recently, Senator Boxer chastised a Brig General for calling her Maam. She said she had worked long and hard to get where she is. She wanted to be addressed as Senator. Doesn't she know that the Brig General endured extreme hardship, risked his life and put up with people like her to get where he is? Wakeup America, there is no room for egos like the Senators. It is a serious business protecting this country. She should apologize to the Brig General.

Wake Up America

It is a sad state of affairs that a Medical Doctor has been gunned down while attending church. The gunman will undoubtably be charged with murder and after a long and tedious trial probably be found guilty. What about the thousands of unborn babies this Doctor killed? What was the reason this Doctor became an abortionist? Was it the money? What was he thinking? Will God forgive the Doctor? This is America's holocaust. Nazies were hunted down and executed for their part in the Nazi holocaust. Some of them killed less people than this Doctor. Wakeup America, abortion is not good. It is wrong. Wakeup Washington, you have to take a stand. Do Something now. . These are God's children and they have a right to live. Wakeup America, it won't be long before we will have to answer for our sins. To sit quietly and do nothing, is not enough. We should all be ashamed of our inaction.

What is this crap. Firing a 78 old man who holds the job of inspector general. Could there be some hint of favortism here? We cant let this happen. There cannot be two standards. We have to hold someone accountable.

We have abandoned our trust in God. Are we beginning to think that we can accomplish anything without God? What a rude awakening we have in store for us. We need to pray for guidance. Pray. Pray. Pray.

The debt that has been assumed in the last few months is crazy. We are never going to repay this. Has everyone in Washington DC lost their common sense? The President wanted change. I say, lets give it to him. Sweep every one out of the senate and congress and start anew. The ones that are there now are not looking out for us. They are not living up to their responsibility. Remember, these elected people are only there by our graces.
